You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

duckdice's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your duckdice account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. duckdice makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
